- Friday to Friday Rentals - Check in after 7 p.m. and Check out before 3 p.m
- Saturday to Saturday Rentals - Check in after 4 p.m. and Check out before 11 a.m
- All cottages rent for 7 night stays only
- Prices shown are for 2 Adults
- Children are $50 each and Additional Adults are $100 each

- Each unit has sleeping accommodations and kitchen facilities
- BBQ, microwave, television and air conditioning supplied where indicated
- No pets and no smoking are allowed in the cottages
- Tents are not welcome
- Please note that cottages not located on the campground property do not have access to the campground facilities
- Deposit (by cheque) is required to hold cottages
- Balances are due in full upon check-in by cash
- No credit cards are accepted
Deposit & Cancellation Policies: Reservations are accepted for multiples of 7 nights. All reservations must be guaranteed with a $400.00 deposit per week of stay. This deposit is due within 30 days of the confirmation date shown above and is non refundable. Reservations without a deposit are not valid and will be canceled.
Deposits are accepted by cheque or Money Order and are payable to the specific cottage owner listed in Rates and Taxes. Credit cards are NOT accepted.

Please reference your confirmation number on your deposit cheque.
Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival date, that are rebooked to another customer, qualify for up to 75% of the deposit credited to your account. This may be used on a future stay in the year the deposit was made or the next calendar year.
Reservations are expected by 10:00 pm on the check-in day. After this time reservations are forfeit.
Check - in: Cottage guests check in at the Carson's Camp office located on the west side of Southampton Parkway. Check-in times vary based on cottage:
The Cabin and Sunset Cottage, 12 Clarence and 21 Hendry. Check - in Friday after 7pm Check - out Friday by 3 pm
Cottages 611, 613, 705, 327 and 328 Check - in Saturday after 4pm Check - out Saturday by 11 am
Full payment for the remainder of the reservation is due upon check-in. Check-in payments are accepted in cash only. NO credit cards are accepted. There is a mandatory $20 cash deposit for cottage keys. This $20 cash is refunded when you return the keys at check out. The Cabin and Sunset Cottage also have a mandatory $20 cash deposit for an access card. This $20 cash will also be refunded when you return the access card at check out. There is no provision for late check out times.
Your reservation is accepted in good faith, but all guarantees are subject to guests vacating their cottages on time, in good condition and other circumstances that may be beyond our control.
Rates and Taxes
** Cottage rates and taxes are subject to change until May 1, of each renting year.

Rules of Conduct: For the enjoyment of all customers please note: Carson’s cottages are for quiet families only. Please adhere to strict quiet hours beginning at 11 p.m. without exception. Skateboarding is not allowed at any time on the campground property.
